Grant

Purchase grants one named purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use, copy and modify this kit for any number of the purchaser’s own commercial or non-commercial applications and deployments.

The purchaser may give employees and contractors access only while they work on the purchaser’s applications. The purchaser remains responsible for their compliance and must remove access when work ends.

Compiled applications, hosted services and application-specific source delivered privately to the purchaser’s clients may include modified kit code.

Restrictions

The kit, substantially similar starter templates, documentation and updates may not be published, shared outside authorized workers, sublicensed, sold, rented, redistributed, used to create a competing starter-kit product, or placed in a public repository.

Client delivery does not permit a client to reuse kit code outside delivered application unless client buys a separate license.

Third-party packages remain under their own licenses. This license grants no trademark rights.

Updates And Support

Purchase includes product updates released during one year from purchase. It does not include custom implementation, deployment, incident response or guaranteed response times unless separately agreed in writing.

Termination

License ends automatically after material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. On termination, purchaser must stop using and delete the kit, except deployed applications already delivered to clients may continue operating while replacement is arranged.

Warranty And Liability

The kit is provided “as is” without warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. Purchaser is responsible for review, configuration, monitoring, backups, legal compliance and production use.

To the extent permitted by law, total liability arising from the kit is limited to amount paid for it. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow parties to exclude.
